Services: I provide service to help buyers/Sellers to buy/sell a dream home with all services the buyer/seller need. But instead of those agent charge 3% of purchase price (think about if you buy a $500000 house, it is $15000). I charge much less, only the services the buyer need. That can make sure the buyers can get services they need but not over paid. If you have any question after read this page, please ask me. The initial consultation is free.

  1. Why hiring me: I am a licensed real estate broker. A real estate investor, a licensed residential mortgage originator (I am a partner and a manager of a mortgage lending company) with all related resources and knowledge to service you to get your next home or investment property.
  2. I have a team to help me to do works that I do not need to spend too much time on basic admin works that makes my business efficiency to provide competitive services with low fees.

    • For sellers: Listing your home on MLS with un limited questions and answers. Accept buyer’s offers, help negotiate with buyers, help review buyer’s qualification documents. recommend required service providers (like a title company, repair contractors, etc). Total charges start from $2495 +0.03% of sales price. For selling a home with $500000 price. that fee can be $2645. Much less than 1% of the selling price. And if you need other services, I will provide (with or without a fee). Please check here for detail of my fee sheet.
    • For buyer: Start from $2000, I will help you buying your dream home. This include all questions and answers, one market report. Help you review all documents you have a (or more) questions. I will seeking to get my compensation from seller first. As new real estate rules, seller may or may not offer buyer broker compensation. Please click here for detail.
